What customers say?

“ Fabulous to see this old favourite back again and even better. Under new management and has been refurbished to a very high standard. Eating out is a treat with new tables and an ice cream parlour. Eating in, which we did due to the heat. The new owners have opened up the up stairs where you get superb views over the Penrhos park and bay. A warm welcome and good service is assured. ”

“ Lovely café by the beach, now under new ownership. Had a great breakfast here – the bacon on toast was tasty, and the coffee was just as good. Plenty of outdoor seating, perfect for enjoying the view. ”

“ What a transformation for this beautiful cafe. Recently changed ownership and had a complete name change & makeover been watching it unfold and it was an absolute joy to be one of the first customers through the doors yesterday. We were made to feel so welcome, great selection of cakes on offer (food menu to follow at a later date) coffee was the best I've had in a long time. Highly recommend the carrot cake Looking forward to more regular visits to Penrhos Nature Reserve followed by a visit to this little gem Very dog friendly, and even had some treats available ”

“ Possibly the best breakfast on Anglesey? Stunning location (even in stormy season) Lovely staff Cute building (old tollhouse, fun fact it was moved brick by brick many years ago, away from the main road) Food is excellent, quality ingredients and massive portions! Prices very reasonable. And a locals discount over winter. Win win! My new favorite brekko spot ”

“ A great find! Lovely little place with an indoor area, outdoor and marquee indoor/outdoor space. All decorated lovely. Perfect as you can tie into the local walks around the coast and forest but even better was that the quality of the food & drink. I had an incredible seasonal pumpkin risotto and the rest of our group had avocado toast and the brunch bagel, couldn’t fault a thing, cooked beautifully with great presentation. Coffee also great for coffee lovers and loved the home baked cakes & cookies Catered well for gluten free options, lovely staff and dog friendly! Will be back when we’re in the area ”
